Three, your #makeitright campaign is genius, but please do something about your website - There are only so many attempts I'll try when trying to view your products before I give up due to the constant pop-ups asking me if I need any help and whether I would like to complete a survey after my visit.

You are not the only network guilty of this, but recently things have become much worse.

My own website (http://mobile-networks-uk.weebly.com/) is basic, but useable - and I followed some basic website guidelines which included no pop-ups within seconds of viewing a webpage: It puts customers off.

I've been a Three customer for several years, and wholeheartedly agree with your #makeitright campaign, so please don't screw things up by forcing pop-ups down your visitor's throats.
